Day by day
Day 1: GUWAHATI TO NAMERI NATIONAL PARK :
Meet & greet by our company representative on arrival at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station. Then you will travel to Nameri. It’s a 5 hrs journey from Guwahati to Nameri. Evening spend your time in leisure. If you arrive early in Guwahati Airport, you can visit, Maha Mritunjay Temple on the way. Overnight stay in Nameri.
Day 2: TEZPUR TO DIRANG :
Early morning, go for a walking trek to Nameri National Park. Later travel back to hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, leave for Dirang. After reaching Dirang, visit Dirang Monastery. Overnight stay in a hotel in Dirang.
Day 3: DIRANG TO TAWANG :
After an early breakfast leave for Tawang. Before leaving Dirang, visit Sangti Valley. After that enroute drive past the Sela Pass at 13,700ft - the second highest motorable road in India. Also visit the Sela Lake nearby. Stop at Jaswant Garh to pay homage to the brave soldiers of the 1962 Indo- Chinese aggression. Overnight stay in Tawang.
Day 4: DAY EXCURSION TO BUMLA PASS:
Early Morning, after breakfast travel to visit Bumla Pass.The Bum La Pass is a border pass between Tibet's Cona County and India's Tawang district in Arunachal Pradesh. It is 37 km away from the India-administered town of Tawang and 43 km from the China-administered Tsona Dzong town in Cona County in Tibet. Also, it was through this pass, Dalai Lama entered India. Day 5: TAWANG TO BOMDILA :
After breakfast travel to visit Tawang Monastery and Giant Buddha statue. After that, leave for Bomdila. Enroute visit Jung waterfall (also known as Nuranang falls). Overnight stay in a hotel in Bomdila.
Day 6: BOMDILA TO GUWAHATI :
Return drive from Bomdila to Guwahati. You may visit Bomdila Monastery before leaving from Bomdila. It’s a downhill journey which will take around 7-8 hours to reach Guwahati. On the way, visit the Nag Temple. Overnight stay in Guwahati. `
Day 7: KAMAKHYA TEMPLE - DEPARTURE:
Morning, travel to visit Kamakhya temple. The Kamakhya Temple is a Sakta temple dedicated to the mother goddess Kamakhya. It is one of the oldest of the 51 Shakti Pithas. Later, transfer to Guwahati Airport for departure. Transportation as per itinerary Any Airfare, Train fare which is not mentioned in the Itinerary.
