The model in one paragraph
GoExplorer earns a margin on each group trip that departs: the difference between the trip price travellers pay and the cost of delivering it through our licensed ground operators, marketing included. Hosts earn a fee per confirmed traveller, paid by us. That is the whole model.
What is free, and stays free
Joining as a creator is free. The audience demand poll, the itinerary planning conversation, and the Host Protection Promise review are all free. We make nothing until a trip is confirmed and runs, which means every cost before that point is our investment, not your risk.
Why these incentives protect creators
A platform that earned from signup fees or charged for itinerary planning would profit even when trips flop. We don't. A flopped trip costs us the operator deposits, the planning time and the marketing spend, which is exactly why we test demand with your audience before anything is announced under your name.
It is also why we keep group sizes small and quality high: our margin lives or dies on travellers reviewing the trip well and booking the next one. One bad departure is more expensive for us than for anyone else involved.
What we do not do
We do not charge creators to host. We do not take a cut of a creator's brand deals. We do not sell audience data. We do not run trips ourselves; certified destination management companies deliver every departure, which keeps us honest about what we are: infrastructure between creators, their communities and licensed operators.
